Operational Policy
Contact Kathy Englund for access to journal collection. The collection is maintained for use by all Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation/ Substance Abuse Services personnel. Patrons from the general public and individuals studying at the facility may also use library materials and services with permission. 

There is no charge for photocopies of printed materials requested by libraries.  A $0.10 per page photocopy fee will be charged to non-CVTC employed walk-in patrons.

Interlibrary loan service is extended to all libraries at no charge.  Not an OCLC supplier.
