OPERATIONAL POLICY
Randolph College Library gives service to Lynchburg College and Sweet Briar College on a reciprocal basis.  Interlibrary Loan privileges are extended to all members of the Cooperative.  Residents of the area whose needs cannot be met by their library may apply on an individual basis for user privileges.  Use of some licensed databases are restricted, by provider, to Randolph College community.

The Lipscomb Library subscribes to the liberal interlibrary loan procedures voluntarily agreed to by the libraries of the Cooperative and VIVA, with a borrowing period of eight weeks from the date of receipt.

Copy machine charges:  $.10 per page

Reference books and periodicals do not circulate.
