The National D-Day Memorial exists to honor the valor, fidelity, and sacrifice of Allied participants in the invasion of Normandy. Our Resource Center complements the educational mission of the Memorial, maintaining the artifacts, documents, photographs, and books that encompass the D-Day experience for research and community programming. Additionally, the Memorial’s Necrology Project preserves the record of sacrifice of over 4400 Allied servicemen who lost their lives on D-Day.

The Resource Center is not open to the public, but researchers can visit by appointment.
