Wick Item Request Form

Use this form to request items from the Wick storage facility. Materials will usually be delivered
to the Circulation desk of Cochran Library within 24 hours of your request. You will be notified
by phone or by email that your material is at the Circulation desk.To avoid any delay in processing, please fill out this form completely.
